Regular rate


The regular symposium registration fee includes access to all SIMBig sessions, coffee and lunch breaks, a digital copy of conference proceedings and one ticket for the welcome reception and the city tour (inscription needed). The gala dinner is in option.

Note: Publication of the paper in the symposium proceedings requires payment of the regular fee by at least one of the co-authors.

Student rate


Student registration fee (also valid for PhD students) includes access to all SIMBig sessions as well as coffee and lunch breaks, a digital copy of symposium proceedings and one ticket for the welcome reception and the city tour (inscription needed). The gala dinner is in option.

Note: Proof of your academic standing (a valid student ID or a document signed by the head of the university department) will be required for registering as a student and will have to be mailed to simbig2015@gmail.com at registration.

Cancellation Policy


Cancellation must be notified to simbig2015@gmail.com. All refunds will be made after the symposium (2nd September).

Please remember that cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Each participant is responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations.
