Participant types and registration fees

SIMBig 2022 offers four types of registrations:

Paper authors 35 USD *PEN 137.90	Paper authors registration fee includes access to all SIMBig sessions, coffee and lunch breaks, and a digital copy of conference proceedings.
Students (UNMSM) 10 USD *PEN 39.40	UNMSM student registration fee (also valid for master and PhD students) includes access to all SIMBig sessions, coffee and lunch breaks, and a digital copy of the conference proceedings.
Students 25 USD *PEN 98.50	Student registration fee (also valid for master and PhD students) includes access to all SIMBig sessions, coffee and lunch breaks, and a digital copy of the conference proceedings.
Regular 50 USD *PEN 197.00	The regular conference registration includes access to all SIMBig sessions, coffee and lunch breaks, and a digital copy of the conference proceedings.

* The payment will be charged in local currency. 1.00 USD is 3.94 PEN approximately. Consult the currency exchange at your bank.

Registration process

1. Select your option from the above table and the amount to be transferred.
2. Make a transfer to the selected bank accounts. Please, keep the transfer receipt. It will be necessary to get the SIMBig 2022 credential.
3. Fill out the registration form by clicking on the button below. You will be asked to upload a digital copy of the transfer receipt.
4. Important notice: Bank fees will be at the expense of the participant.

Cancellation policies

• Cancellation must be notified to simbig@simbig.org. All cancellations must be requested before November 10th.
• Please remember that cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Each participant is responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations.
