The regular symposium registration fee includes access to all SIMBig sessions, coffee and lunch breaks, a digital copy of conference proceedings and one ticket for the welcome reception and the city tour (inscription needed). The gala dinner is in option.
Note: Publication of the paper in the symposium proceedings requires payment of the regular fee by at least one of the co-authors.
Student registration fee (also valid for PhD students) includes access to all SIMBig sessions as well as coffee and lunch breaks, a digital copy of symposium proceedings and one ticket for the welcome reception and the city tour (inscription needed). The gala dinner is in option.
Note: Proof of your academic standing (a valid student ID or a document signed by the head of the university department) will be required for registering as a student and will have to be mailed to simbig2016@simbig.org at registration.

Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Each participant is responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.
