Participant types and registration fees

SIMBig 2025 offers three types of registrations:

Category	Fee (USD)	Description
Paper authors	$ 75.00	For paper authors. Includes access to all SIMBig sessions, coffee and lunch breaks, and a digital copy of the conference proceedings.
Student (Non-Authors)	$ 50.00	For undergraduate, master's, and PhD students. Includes access to all SIMBig sessions, coffee and lunch breaks, and a digital copy of the proceedings.
Regular (Non-Authors)	$ 75.00	For regular attendees. Includes access to all SIMBig sessions, coffee and lunch breaks, and a digital copy of the conference proceedings.

All prices are in USD. Bank fees will be at the expense of the participant.

authors with two or more accepted papers must pay an additional fee of USD 75 per paper. For example, if an author has two accepted papers, they must pay USD 150.

Method of payment

Registration is now closed, but if you would still like to participate in the conference, please send us an email at simbig2025@simbig.org.

Registration process

1. Step 1: Remember your payment option from the registration fees table and the amount to be transferred.
2. Step 2: Make a USD transfer using information from the payment methods: method 1 for foreign attendees and method 2 for local attendees.
3. Step 3: Fill out the registration form by clicking on the button below. A copy of your form will be sent to your email address as proof of registration.
4. Step 4: Present a copy of your transfer receipt to university staff on the first day of the conference to receive your SIMBig 2025 credential.
