Special Track
The track on Biomedical Data Science (BIOMEDS) is conceived to be a leading forum for discussing academic and industrial approaches to improve healthcare through the leverage of multimodal data sources using data science, machine intelligence and other related techniques.
We encourage researchers working with biomedical images and signals (and its many modalities), genomics, electronic health records and clinical data to submit both theoretical and applied work. The 2nd BIOMEDS gathering will be organized as a track of SIMBig 2021 in Lima, Peru, as an interdisciplinary venue for computer scientists, medical doctors, biologists, bioinformaticians and biomedical engineers.
Young scientists, graduate and advanced undegraduate students are especially encouraged to submit their novel and exciting work.
