Participant types and registration fees

SIMBig 2026 offers three types of registrations and an optional Dinner Gala registration.

Student (Non-Authors) S/ 125.00 S/ 160.00 S/ 180.00 For undergraduate, master's, and PhD students. Includes access to all SIMBig sessions, coffee and lunch breaks, and a digital copy of the proceedings. (Dinner Gala is a separate payment)
Regular (Non-Authors) S/ 200.00 S/ 230.00 S/ 270.00 For regular attendees. Includes access to all SIMBig sessions, coffee and lunch breaks, and a digital copy of the conference proceedings. (Dinner Gala is a separate payment)
Dinner Gala S/ 125.00 S/ 125.00 S/ 125.00 For all assistants. Dinner Gala is on 29th October.

All prices are in Peruvian Soles (S/). Bank fees are at the expense of the participant. Authors with two or more accepted papers must pay an additional fee of S/ 270.00 per extra paper.

Method of payment

Method 1: Foreign attendees
  1. Check your payment option from the registration fees table.
  2. Register a new account in UCSP Shopping Cart if you don't have one.
  3. Make the payment:
  4. Capture an image or PDF of the email confirmation and send it in the Register Form.
Method 2: Local attendees
  1. Check your payment option from the registration fees table.
  2. Make the payment:
    With invoice (Factura) — bank transfer:
    • BCP soles: 215-1106015-0-85
    • BCP CCI: 002-215-001106015085-28
    Without invoice — register a new account in UCSP Shopping Cart.
  3. Make the payment according to your category:
  4. Capture an image or PDF of the bank transfer or email confirmation and send it in the Register Form.

Complete the registration form below. A copy will be sent to your email as proof.

Present at the conference

Bring your transfer receipt or invoice on the first day to receive your SIMBig 2026 credential.
